There are more than 50 specific due dates and tasks on an average transaction. There are a number of companies and people involved in a real estate transaction including: surveyor, inspector, appraiser, title company, mortgage broker, lender, loan underwriter, both agents, and others. All parties have specific duties and requirements, and every person is concentrating on doing their specific job. It is a daily struggle for agents to keep up with all of their tasks and responsibilities as well as procure more business. This is where a Transaction Coordinator will provide value.

As your Transaction Coordinator, we will be your go-to resource to bring it all together.  Your designated coordinator constantly monitors those 50+ tasks. We will daily check the progress against contractual deadlines and acts on specific requirements and action items. We are here to coordinate all activities involved in the transaction to help get you and your client(s) to the closing table.

Our Story

Trinity Transaction Solutions started in 2020 as an independent, full-service transaction coordination company serving Realtors® in Texas. Owner, Lindsay Manes, started as a Transaction Coordinator in 2017 supporting her husband and a few additional agents in Central TX. The business grew organically from a significant number of referrals and Lindsay eventually partnered with Co-Owner, Natalie Motl, to form Trinity Transaction Solutions. With Natalie’s extensive coordination experience in other industries, the two made a perfect partnership bringing high level services to Realtors® & Brokers all over Texas.

Overview of Pricing & Services

There are no commitment contracts, onboarding fees or termination fees! We get paid when you get paid on a transaction. Payment occurs through your CDA or online invoice sent once the file has closed. Listings are paid through an online invoice once
the listing goes live on the market.
